Operation: Transformation Holiday Edition
Your mission should you choose to accept it it a 3 month long goal of losing the most amount of fat and building the most amount of muscle possible.
Initial weigh ins are Feb 4, 5 & 6 are will measure your Height, Weights, BF%, LBM and Fat Mass. Then Mar 4, 5 & 6 we will measure them again and track any differences. Following weight ins are Apr 1, 2 & 3 and the final weigh in is Apr 29 & 30.
Every .5 pound of fat lost is worth 1 point, every .5 pound of muscle gained is also worth 1 point.
If you are training with a personal trainer at least 6 times per month and have started in Nov, Dec or Jan 19, you are aoutmatically entered for free. If you have personal training and either did not sign up in that window or are not meeting with your trainer at least 6 times per month, then entry is $5. If you do not have personal training at all, entry is $10. All money will be pooled and will be used for the winner for both men and women.
You will also win a $75 gift certificate to XpressPrep plus everyone that enters will be given a discount code specifically for this competition.
