About Us
First Choice Community Health Centers, established in 1979, provide a full-service family medical practice offering sliding fee discounts, an in-house pharmacy, and a fitness/rehabilitation center. We are a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and are recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. We are dedicated to providing full-service primary health care to the under-served citizens of Harnett County and surrounding areas.
