The wait is over! Mat Pilates is coming to The Lot!

Join us for non-heated mat Pilates with Sharon Young, a Polestar Certified Pilates Instructor with over 500 hours of comprehensive education.

•Full-body strength - build core strength while targeting stabilizing muscles.

•Improved posture - support better posture and body alignment.

•Focused, aligned movement - deepen your mind body connection through breath and intentional movement.

This class is designed to help you build core strength, improve posture, and move with greater ease and intention. Whether you’re new to Pilates or already have experience, all are welcome!
